What will my window film cost?
Type the size of your glass and see the tier, the price and whether it comes in one piece or two. Then add every pane to your order card for a total. Haven’t measured yet? Measure your glass first.
Before you start
- Width and height of the glass, in inches, not the frame
- One size per pane

What does my size cost?
Type one pane’s glass size. You get the tier, the price for each film and whether it comes in one piece or two.
On the custom listings the price is the same for frosted and rainbow. French-door panes have their own prices; tick “French-door pane”. Amazon shows the final price at checkout.
Before you buy
Frosted film blurs the view by day and at night, but at night with the lights on inside, someone close to the glass can show as a soft silhouette.
Rainbows show in direct sun only.
Neither film holds on heavily textured or pebbled glass.
All your panes, one total
Add each pane to the card. It works out the tier and price for every pane, adds them up and writes each value the way Amazon’s Customize form asks for it.
It is the same card as on the measuring guide and stays on this device, so the ordering guide can replay it with your numbers.
Fill in the Customize form once for each different size. Several panes of the same size: one item, with the cart quantity set to the number of panes.

The longest side sets the price
The price goes by your longest side, not by the area. Pick the tier that covers your longest side (Step 1 on Amazon), then type your exact width × height (Step 2). The width doesn’t change the tier.
A 21.25 × 46.75 in pane is the 48 inch tier. A 6.5 × 11 in pane is the 12 inch tier, not the 24.
Longer than 96 in: please message us before ordering.
| Longest side up to | Price |
|---|---|
| 12 in | $4.99 |
| 24 in | $12.99 |
| 36 in | $22.99 |
| 48 in21.25 × 46.75 in lands here | $36.99 |
| 60 in | $54.99 |
| 72 in | $76.99 |
| 84 in | $102.99 |
| 96 in | $132.99 |
Same ladder for both films. Amazon shows the final price at checkout.
One piece or two?
One seamless piece covers up to 46 in on the shorter side: 46 × 80 in is one piece. If your shorter side is over 46 in, we make it in two pieces at no extra charge, and you pick a horizontal or vertical seam in Step 3 on Amazon: 47 × 80 in is two pieces.
The tier still goes by the longest side, so two pieces cost the same as one piece of that tier.
Examples
- 46 × 80 in: one piece, 84 in tier
- 47 × 80 in: two pieces, 84 in tier, you pick the seam
- 50 × 50 in: two pieces, 60 in tier
The “French-door pane” switch
Small door panes have their own listings on Amazon. Tick “French-door pane” in the price box and it shows the one that fits:
- Panes up to 6 × 12 in: a 10-pack: ten pre-cut 6 × 12 in pieces, $22.99 (smaller panes: trim the piece to fit). Frosted 10-pack (opens Amazon in a new tab) · Rainbow 10-pack (opens Amazon in a new tab). For 1 to 4 panes, single pieces cost less; from 5 panes, the 10-pack does.
- Other frosted panes up to 20 in on the longest side: Frosted French Door, custom cut (opens Amazon in a new tab), $4.99 to $8.99 a pane (12, 14, 16, 18 or 20 in tier). Quantity = number of panes; every piece in one order is cut to the same size, so panes of different sizes are separate orders.
- Bigger panes, and rainbow panes that aren’t 6 × 12 in: the regular custom listings and the tiers above.
Amazon shows the final price at checkout. How to measure door panes: step five of the measuring guide.
Several panes: the total
One piece covers one pane. Fill in the Customize form once for each different size. Several panes of the same size: one item, with the cart quantity set to the number of panes.
The order card adds them all up for you: one line per size, with “How many panes this size?”.
Example: a window and a door
- 21.25 × 46.75 in window: 48 in tier, $36.99
- 50 × 80 in door glass: 84 in tier, $102.99, two pieces
- Total: $139.98 for two items. Amazon shows the final price at checkout.
